Bracing in the Path of Hurricane Wilma

Let me share with you that this is not fun at all. Being in the path of a major hurricane, with the tornado watches and watching the radar on The Weather Channel is quite tension producing. What keeps me calm is taking a LOT of deep breaths. I’ve also noticed a surge in my food intake – however keeping that intake to healthy foods is better – just another nervous outlet I imagine.

Hearing the wind gusts outside is really tension producing, more deep breaths help a LOT.

I really do pray for everyone that all are kept safe. So at 2:30 AM writing seems to be the outlet of choice that reduces the tension as the outer bands of this hurricane hit home.

So “Born to Inspire” is right now: “Born to See Wilma Over and Done with!”

I do fully believe in Divine Protection, however, this is not fun at all. Mother Nature is quite a force. In my deepest heart I believe that on some level, it keeps us all humble, and reminds us that we are really all connected to each other. I also believe that we CAN alter the destructive force of hurricanes, with a tremendous amount of Love – pouring into the hurricane, and affirming that it is diminished helps more than many people may realize.

Some people are experts at this, and I feel we can all benefit by learning from them.

I look forward to clear skies, sunshine, and will never again complain at how the sun always shines in Florida. After this, I feel it is a blessing.

I send my love and prayers of protection to everyone, pets included, in the path of hurricane Wilma. There is always something to learn – I feel it is keeping an inner peace despite outside appearances to the contrary – so this is my goal in the midst of this hurricane – maintaining inner peace – that, I feel is another step up and out of the storm – all puns intended.

Received IF GOD WAS LIKE MAN in Russian from Publisher – Popuri

Today has been a thrill. I received three hard cover books, IF GOD WAS LIKE MAN in Russian, from Popuri – the publisher who bought the Russian language Rights to this book.

I love the way the book turned out – I only wish I could read it in Russian!

It’s funny, because when I brought through (yes, brought through – not wrote on my own accord) this book, I really wanted the people who have experienced complete lack of personal freedom to be able to read this book. This was just a wish from my heart, and here it happened. So, I’m really excited about this.

I hope the people in the Russian Federation like this book, and that it helps them. This is what matters most to me.

My great grandparents were from Russia, so I thought about my Great Grandmother today – she immigrated to New York City in the early 1900’s, and my Grandmother was born in New York City in 1918. So this has more personal, sentimental meaning to me about this version of the book.

Aside from this, I traveled extensively through Russia, when it was RUSSIA – in 1981, when there was no freedom, bread lines, nothing at all to buy in Moscow – there were hardly and stores, and anything that could be bought, were in “Western” stores that were only allowed access to “Western” people – so my heart really went out to the people. It’s one thing to see something on TV, or read about it in a book, and quite another to experience it all in front of your eyes.

I’m so glad the people have freedom now, and I hope that this book contributes something of value to their lives.

Excited About the Release of KNOW YOURSELF

I’m very excited about the January 1, 2006 release of the new book KNOW YOURSELF: A Woman’s Guide to Wholeness, Radiance & Supreme Confidence. (ISBN: 0974145734)

I’ve read this book so many times, (this is important, especially during the editing process) and each time it re-instills the teachings that I hope will help women come out of fear, old, false negative beliefs, and learn how to live their life’s purpose, along with living with genuine wholeness and supreme confidence.

This is a book that I hope serves and helps more than anything. I view it as another contribution to humanity, where service is more important than anything, as long as it genuinely makes a difference in the lives of others.

I really feel that any man could benefit from this book, but geared it towards women because it would be a bit more difficult for me to share with a man about coming into his own from a male perspective. At times I regret just gearing it towards women, however, I wrote it from the perspective of a female, using birthing as an analogy for creating a new life when someone is unhappy with the current state of affairs in their own life. That is really the only part of the book where I feel it is geared towards women. I genuinely feel the rest of it could apply to any member of the human race. So I’m blogging this as a regret from my heart, because I love working with and sharing with men equally.

It’s a funny thing about writing and trying to help humanity equally, both male and female. When I wrote “Stop being the String Along: A Relationship Guide to Being THE ONE” I got some slack from a couple of men that it was more geared towards women, and then I also received a lot of gratitude from many men that told me on tele-conferences that the book really helped them after a break-up. The thing is that I care about helping both genders equally, however, how on earth can I relate from the male perspective to un-do eons of societal conditioning that contribute to low self esteem? I believe that underneath it all, we are much more alike than different. Every human being wants to feel whole, radiant and supremely confident. So in my keynotes, seminars, and tele-seminars based on the messages in this new book, I’ve geared them towards both sexes, equally.

In my next book, “If God Hears Me, I WANT AN ANSWER!” (ISBN: 0974145750) THAT is geared to all of humanity, so this makes me feel a LOT better!

The New World Religion by Barbara Rose, Ph.D.

A new world religion is upon us. It is one that honors every person, race, creed, heritage, faith, and the core teachings that humanity has been fighting over, until now. The name of this new world religion is called Love. It has one “rule” – “Do Unto Others as You Would Have Them Do Unto You.”

This religion places all beings on equal footing. Wars and killing no longer exist in the name of any person that ever walked the Earth, sharing the messages that were given to them from on High.

The only purpose of attending any gathering of prayer is to enhance one’s spiritual connection to each person, to ask for Divine guidance, as well as to work together to help anyone in need.

This religion has no favorites, as all beings are considered equal to one another.
It is simple and pure. It asks one thing of you, and that is to ask yourself if you would like the person to do or say to you what you are about to do or say to them. This creates a higher consciousness, where purity of heart ceases the discord among the human race.

It requires much of you. To only follow what is true in your deepest heart, so long as it brings no harm to another being.

The reward is global humanitarian peace. The promise is that every person on Earth is good enough, simply by being. It asks that you place yourself in the other person’s shoes before you pass judgment. It also asks that you cease all judgment of yourself.

It requires you to love yourself unconditionally, and to give others understanding in place of condemnation.

This is the new religion that is being asked of humanity. If you are reading this – then it is being asked of you. Who do you pray to? The name by which you address your prayer is personal to you, so it is the same name to The One that you have always prayed to, however, you are a physical manifestation of the Divine to whom you are praying, so it asks you to BE the living example of pure unconditional love, patience, tolerance, truth, and for the courage to follow the deepest truth that is in your heart at all times, so that you feel all of the Divine connection within your being – which will bring you much inner peace.

Where do you go to pray? You go into your heart – for that is where your prayer is formed, and heard as well as immediately answered.

Whom do you follow? Look into your eyes, and follow the truth that is in your heart.
Who is your leader? Unconditional love, patience, acceptance, hope, strength, and purity of motives – that is the only leader you will ever need.

Why is this new religion upon us now? It is time. Humanity has felt far too much bloodshed in the name of others. Now, it is time that love, truth and peace prevail for all on Earth.

To whom do you pay homage? To all that live on earth as well as in Heaven.

How are the rules made? They have been given to you above. They are the only rules you will ever need.

Do you abandon your current religion? No, you take this new one with you, and incorporate the principles into your daily life by being a living example of Love with every breath you take.

Can you go wrong with this new religion? Let me ask you a question: Has Love ever hurt you or anyone else? No. Therefore, there is no way you can ever go wrong. Can you do it? It is why you are in this life – it begins inside, and extends outside. It is then that you will come to know pure inner peace, and pure peace will finally prevail on Earth. It is time.
